1. When can I get the quotation ? 

We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

You can require for samples to check our quality.  If you need the samples, we will offer you for free . 

3. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

Our factory is located in Rugao City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 2.5 hours by car from Shanghai . All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

4. Can you design for us? 

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in glove designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gloves. Send us images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you samples for confirmation.

5. Do you have CE certification for your products? 

We have cooperated with CTC, SATRA and TUV test labs for many years. Most gloves have CE certification (EN420, EN388, EN 381-7, EN511)

6. What about the lead time for mass production? 

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 15 to 25 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

7. What is your terms and service? 

Trade terms:     FOB, CIF, CNF. 

Payment terms: T/T or L/C at sight. 

Loading port:    Shanghai or Ningbo Port.

MOQ:                1000 pairs, sample order is negotiable. 

Package:           10 pairs polybag, 300 or 400 pairs a carton, or as your request. 

                         We can design carton mark  for you.

Delivery:           Within 15-25 days, depends on customers' order quantity.
